Central Nervous System Drugs

CNS drugs affect the brain and spinal chord. They are used for sedation, and in surgery as general anesthetics. Anticonvulsants are used for the treatment of seizure disorders. Antidepressants are psychotropic agents used for some aggression and behavioral disorders.
